Hey Family!
Things here in Fresno here are pretty good. I'm still
laughing because just barely some guy tried to anti us in the Wal-Mart parking
lot. Those kinds of things just make me laugh a lot. The gospel is true.
Anyways, we had a pretty good week. We were able to find a
lot of new investigators and had a lot of them at church yesterday. Julian came to
church yesterday and loved it again. He's so awesome. He wants to serve a
mission super bad. He straight up just understands the gospel and the spirit.
He always tells us he doesn't want the spirit to fade away when we leave. He
wants it with him forever. He's excited to keep preparing for the 23rd of June
for his baptism.
He just has some pretty serious drug problems we have to
help him out with. And we made a great game plan with him yesterday about his
temptations and how to get rid of them. He keeps asking if he can come teach
with us everyday all day. Hahaha He's way funny.
The Flores family is doing awesome as well. They have such
solid testimonies.
We had the wedding of our investigator Jose and Charlotte on
Saturday! It was pretty good. Now we just have to help them focus on the next
step: Baptism! Things were just way too hectic with their wedding preparations
this past week that we didn't have time to teach them everything we needed to.
But we're moving forward in progress!
We have a mission conference this Saturday up in Modesto!
Sooooo excited!! Elder M. Russell Ballard of the Quorum of the Twelve Apostles will be
visiting us. We are so so so lucky to have had these 3 mission conferences in
the past 3 months.
And I get to go to Sanger on Tuesday! Way excited!
Did you get my nametag I sent to you mom? It's for you! You
know me, just working too hard that I snapped it. So I thought, hey, maybe mom
would like this as a gift. So yeah!
