Returned With Honor

Just a few words to THANK YOU ALL for your love, kind words and following of Elder Gygi as he served a full-time mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He is a joy to have home. I will treasure the next several weeks before he heads to Utah to continue studying at Brigham Young University in Provo. However, Sean is looking forward to having his little brother closer to him...

I love having him home. Here are a few of our favorites... so far:

Lori: He spent hours helping me clean out the garage. Jared and Brigham helped, too. Who knew that one can get 2 cars in a 3-car garage? Hearing his testimony with conviction. He has matured into an incredible young man. He is very loving, compassionate and patient.

Mark: Seeing his huge smile and hearing his laugh. His willing attitude to do anything when asked and when not even asked. Spiritual discussions and conversations.

Jared: When he can't remember the English word for something, he describes it in simple Spanish thinking now we'll understand it. Having someone to play in the pool with me. I thought he would fight with me, but I guess I've gotten too buff. Someone else to take the blame!

If you are in Mesa, AZ and would like to join us for Taylor's talk at church this Sunday about a few of his mission experiences, he will be speaking:

Sunday, June 23, 2013 at 9:00 am-10:10 am..
@ McDowell LDS Church building, Las Sendas Ward
7752 E McDowell Rd, Mesa, AZ

With much love,
Lori
